That starts with asking enough. A century three-bedroom off Victoria Park and a three-bedroom new build in Milton can be two genuinely different days of work, which is why the form asks what kind of clean, how big, how the place has been kept and where you want the time spent, not only how many bedrooms.
Our starting prices are published, you see your estimate before you send anything, and we confirm the number in writing. Where a form honestly cannot settle it, an empty house, a big deep clean, anything after building work, we say so and come back to you before quoting rather than afterwards.
Whether you need recurring cleaning, a one-time deep clean or cleaning around a move, the goal is to keep it simple from the first inquiry to the finished visit.

A local service partner carries out the cleaning. Core Cleaning Ontario manages your quote, schedule and communication, and helps resolve concerns about the agreed service.
Core Cleaning Ontario does not employ cleaners, and we would rather say that here than let you find it out on the morning of the visit.
The work order goes to a local cleaning business we work with as a service partner, with your address, your date, the agreed scope and every preference you gave us already on it. They bring the products, the cloths and the vacuum, and they do the work. What we ask of them, and what we do not claim to have verified, is set out on our partners page.
The scope itself is not left to chance either. Every work order carries the same checklist, room by room, so what you were quoted for and what the partner is asked to do are the same list. We do not inspect every home after each visit; if a task in that scope is missed, tell us and we review it. And the arrangement stays with us: the quote, the schedule and anything that needs sorting out afterwards all come back to the same place.

Our focus is simple: understand what you need, give you clear information about the service, and see the cleaning completed to the requirements we agreed. Five commitments hold on every request, and each is about something we control ourselves rather than something we hope a partner does.
- A person reads your request
- Not scored by a form and passed along. Someone here reads what you sent, works out what the job actually is, and comes back to you if a detail changes the answer. That is the whole reason the form asks about condition and access rather than only about bedrooms.
- The price comes from us, in writing
- Our prices are published, the quote form shows your estimate before you send it, and the final number reaches you in writing before anything is scheduled. If a job is one we cannot price properly from a form, we say so and ask before we quote rather than after.
- We say so if nobody covers you
- We are still taking on partners, and the network does not yet reach every street in the region. If there is nobody we can put your work order in front of on the date you want, you hear that from us rather than hearing nothing at all.
- The same partner where we can
- Recurring work stays with the same service partner wherever we can, rather than going out again to whoever is free that week. Nobody has to learn your house twice, and your preferences travel with every visit.
- It is ours to put right
- If something is not right, tell us. The arrangement is with Core Cleaning Ontario, so putting it right is ours to sort out, and a service partner who leaves it unresolved stops getting our work.
