How Core Cleaning Ontario works.

You tell us what needs doing. We read it, quote it, and confirm the price with you before anything is scheduled. A local service partner does the cleaning.

01

Request a quote

Tell us the property type, where it is, roughly how big it is and which cleaning service you need. The form takes about a minute and shows your estimate, with HST, before you send it. Or call, if you would rather talk it through.

02

Discuss your requirements

A person here reads your request and works out the areas and tasks that matter most in your property: the rooms you want the time spent on, the condition it is in, pets and access. If a detail changes the price, we ask before we quote rather than after.

03

Confirm the service

You receive what the visit covers and the final price, in writing, before the cleaning is scheduled. Nothing is booked until you have approved the quote and we have confirmed availability for your address and date, and no is a complete answer.

Cleaning appointment

A local service partner carries out the cleaning on the agreed date, with the agreed scope, the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard and every preference you gave us already on the work order.

Follow-up

If anything needs clarifying afterwards, or a task in your agreed scope was missed, contact us and we review it and follow it up ourselves. We do not inspect every home after each visit, so telling us is what starts it.

Step four is where the work leaves us and reaches a local cleaning business we have taken on. What goes with it is the scope on the work order, which is the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard plus everything particular you told us about your house.

One request, one point of contact

You describe the property once. The quote comes from us, the date is set with us, and anything that needs putting right afterwards is ours to sort out.

The same on every request.

Whichever service you ask for, the part Core Cleaning Ontario is answerable for does not change: the quote, the work order, the record and putting it right. The cleaning itself is the service partner’s work.

These commitments hold on every request, and each one is about something we control rather than something we hope a partner does.

A Clear Answer, Before You Book

We review your request and confirm the final price in writing. Complex jobs may need more details or photos before we can provide a firm quote.

What makes a quote accurate: the form asks for all of this, so you do not have to remember it.

  • The postal code, so we can check coverage for your street.
  • Bedrooms, bathrooms and roughly how big. Close enough is fine.
  • How the place is being kept: cleaned regularly, behind, or empty. Condition moves a quote further than square footage does.
  • The date, or the fact that you are flexible. Both are useful.
  • Whether you want it once or on a schedule.
  • Anything unusual: pets, stairs, no parking outside, a room to leave alone.

Some jobs, deep cleans, empty properties, large homes and anything after building work, need a proper look before we can confirm a price. If yours is one of them we will say so, and we will ask before we quote rather than after.

Start with a free quote

About a minute, one question at a time. A quote is free and books nothing. You see the number, you decide, and no is a complete answer.
