A handover runs to a date that does not move. Tell us when the keys change hands and the date is the first thing we work back from.
Where we quote handover cleans.
Waterloo and Guelph run on a lease calendar: end-of-lease cleans around the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier and the University of Guelph cluster hard in the spring and late-summer changeovers, and the student houses near campus are often the older brick and stone stock. Landlords turning a unit in Kitchener, Cambridge and Milton ask for the same clean on a quieter calendar. If your date is fixed, ask early.

Request a quote
Tell us the property type, where it is, roughly how big it is and which cleaning service you need. The form takes about a minute and shows your estimate, with HST, before you send it. Or call, if you would rather talk it through.

Discuss your requirements
A person here reads your request and works out the areas and tasks that matter most in your property: the rooms you want the time spent on, the condition it is in, pets and access. If a detail changes the price, we ask before we quote rather than after.

Confirm the service
You receive what the visit covers and the final price, in writing, before the cleaning is scheduled. Nothing is booked until you have approved the quote and we have confirmed availability for your address and date, and no is a complete answer.

Cleaning appointment
A local service partner carries out the cleaning on the agreed date, with the agreed scope, the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard and every preference you gave us already on the work order.

Follow-up
If anything needs clarifying afterwards, or a task in your agreed scope was missed, contact us and we review it and follow it up ourselves. We do not inspect every home after each visit, so telling us is what starts it.

Prices are published by service and home size, before HST. The quote form shows your estimate before you send anything, and we confirm the final price before anything is booked.
