Do you cover Preston and Hespeler as well as Galt?

Requests from all three are welcome. Cambridge's three former towns have very different housing, from post-war streets in Preston to new subdivisions in Hespeler, which is why the form asks about the property itself. Availability is confirmed for your address before booking.

How do I request a cleaning quote?

Use the quote form on this site, or call (289) 204-2266. Tell us the property type, where it is, roughly how big it is (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the type of cleaning you need. The form shows an estimate with HST before you send it, and we confirm the final price within the hour during business hours, or first thing the next business day, or tell you then if the job needs a closer look first.

Do you provide one-time cleaning?

Yes. A standard clean can be a single visit with no schedule and nothing after it, from $165 + HST for a one-bedroom home. Deep cleans and move-in and move-out cleans are one-time jobs by nature, and if a single visit goes well it can become a recurring arrangement.

Do you provide recurring cleaning?

Yes: weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, on a day you set. Recurring visits are priced at the recurring rate, from $135 + HST for a one-bedroom home. Recurring work stays with the same service partner wherever we can, rather than going out again to whoever is free that week. Nobody has to learn your house twice, and your preferences travel with every visit.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Products, cloths and the vacuum come from the service partner who carries out the clean. If you would rather they used eco-friendly or fragrance-free products, or your own, say so on the form: it goes into the quote and onto the work order, so it is settled before anyone arrives.

What gets cleaned in Cambridge.

Limestone and dolostone heritage buildings through Galt and along the Grand River, where old stone, deep sills and original woodwork all want care rather than force. Post-war and mid-century housing in Preston. Newer detached and townhouse subdivisions spreading north through Hespeler.

Discuss your requirements
A person here reads your request and works out the areas and tasks that matter most in your property: the rooms you want the time spent on, the condition it is in, pets and access. If a detail changes the price, we ask before we quote rather than after.

Confirm the service
You receive what the visit covers and the final price, in writing, before the cleaning is scheduled. Nothing is booked until you have approved the quote and we have confirmed availability for your address and date, and no is a complete answer.

Cleaning appointment
A local service partner carries out the cleaning on the agreed date, with the agreed scope, the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard and every preference you gave us already on the work order.

Follow-up
If anything needs clarifying afterwards, or a task in your agreed scope was missed, contact us and we review it and follow it up ourselves. We do not inspect every home after each visit, so telling us is what starts it.

It depends on the service, and the tasks included are confirmed with you in writing before the appointment. A standard clean covers the kitchen, the bathrooms, dusting, the floors, beds and bins. A deep clean adds grout, tracks, baseboards, vents and behind movable furniture. Move-in and move-out cleans add the insides of cabinets and appliances. The full room-by-room list is the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard.

Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Guelph, and the communities immediately around them, from a base in Waterloo Region, Ontario. Not all of Ontario.
