Why a network, and not one crew.
One company covering Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Guelph would spend half the week in the car, and a post-renovation clean and a rental changeover are not the same trade.
So independent local businesses do the work, matched to your address and the kind of clean you asked for. You deal with us from quote to finished job. If something is not right, tell us. The arrangement is with Core Cleaning Ontario, so putting it right is ours to sort out, and a service partner who leaves it unresolved stops getting our work.
Asked, not audited.
The requirements below are what we ask every partner. Where a line comes from the application, it is the business answering in its own words. We run no independent audit, and no badge on this page says otherwise.
What we require of a partner.
Seven things, before a single work order reaches them.
A registered business
Incorporated, or a registered sole proprietor. Every question after this one assumes there is a business to hold to its answers.
Liability insurance
We ask whether commercial cover is in place. Where an application goes further we ask for the certificate itself, directly.
Their own people
Whoever arrives works for the partner, not for us. Core Cleaning Ontario employs no cleaners.
Time in the trade
How long they have operated, and an honest list of the cleaning they do well. Nobody does all of it.
A reputation we can read
A website or a Google profile with real reviews helps. It is not a condition; some careful cleaners never built one.

Core Cleaning Ontario does not clean houses. We quote the work and coordinate it; a service partner in our network does the cleaning. Who we send the work to
- They cover your street
- Not the region, the street. It is the first thing we check and the only rule we will not bend: a cleaner who has to cross the city to reach you will cancel on you sooner or later.
- They do that kind of clean
- A changeover and a move-out are not the same job. The work order goes to someone who already works that way, rather than someone willing to try.
- They are free when you need it
- A partner who cannot make your date is no use to you, however good they are. We check the date before we quote, not after you have approved a price.
- They come back quickly
- Slow replies cost you the day. We need an answer on availability while your date is still open, and a partner who leaves work orders sitting stops getting them.
A review tells you how one clean went. It cannot tell you what your own job should cost, whether that service partner covers your street, or whether they are free on the day you need. That is the part we do.
