For realtors, managers, hosts and contractors

Send us the address. We take it from there.

If your work keeps producing properties that have to be clean by a date somebody else set, you can stop holding a list of cleaners against a list of addresses. We quote the job, confirm the price with you and put a local service partner on it, across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Guelph.

Tell us what you send

Volume is a different problem from one clean.

A household arranges a cleaner twice a year and can afford to shop around. You cannot: the address changes every time, and the date rarely moves. These four are what we hold to when the work keeps coming.

One number for every address
You stop holding a list of cleaners against a list of properties, and you stop finding out on the day that the one you used last time has stopped answering. Every handover comes to the same place and goes out again from there.
A date agreed before it is booked
We come back with the price and the day in writing, and nothing is scheduled until you have approved both. A closing date or a check-in time is not something to leave resting on a maybe, so if a date is tight you hear that from us early rather than late.
The same scope written down each time
The agreed work goes onto the order the service partner takes to the property, so what counts as finished is written rather than remembered. By the third address you are describing a property, not re-explaining your standard.
It stays ours to chase
If something is not right, tell us. The arrangement is with Core Cleaning Ontario, so putting it right is ours to sort out, and a service partner who leaves it unresolved stops getting our work.

What you would be sending us.

Most of it is for properties nobody is living in at the time: between tenants, between guests, before a listing, or once the trades have finished. Find yours below, and send it with the date attached.

Realtors, brokerages and stagers

Listing cleans before the photographer, and the clean the keys change hands on.

An empty house going on the market and a lived-in one being staged for photographs are different jobs, and we quote each from the property you describe rather than from a template. Tell us the date it has to be done by. On a closing, that date is most of the job.

Property managers and landlords

Turnovers between one tenancy and the next, on dates the lease already fixed.

These arrive with a hard edge on both sides: one tenant out at the end of the month, the next one in a day or two later. Send that window along with the address and it goes on the work order, so the service partner is working to your date rather than to a rough week.

Airbnb hosts and co-hosts

Changeovers worked to a check-in clock, not to whoever is free that afternoon.

Check-out at eleven and check-in at four is most of the brief, and it is the first thing we pass on. If you run more than one listing, say how many and roughly how often they turn over. A standing changeover is worth arranging properly instead of requesting one at a time.

Contractors and renovators

The clean between the last trade leaving and the client walking in.

Construction dust settles for days and lands on everything twice, so this goes out as a deep clean rather than a standard one. It is also a job we will often want to look at properly before we confirm a price, which we would rather say here than on site with your client standing there.

Businesses and community organisations

Your own premises, or the households you are asked to find help for.

Offices, studios, clinics and retail units get cleaned around your hours rather than through them, and we quote that as a schedule instead of as a single job. If you are a senior or community organisation passing on someone who needs regular help at home, send it the same way and we take it from there, so the person you are helping is not the one calling around.

The next address, the same as the last

Recurring work stays with the same service partner wherever we can, so nobody has to learn your properties twice.

How a request from you runs.

One customer experience, powered by trusted local cleaning professionals. You deal with Core Cleaning Ontario the whole way through, and a local service partner carries out the clean itself.

  1. You send the address, the work and the date. One form, or a phone call if that is quicker.
  2. We read it and price it from what is actually there, and we come back to you if it needs a proper look before a number can be right.
  3. You get the price and the day in writing, and you approve them before anything is scheduled.
  4. We assign a local service partner who covers that area and is free on your date, and the agreed scope goes on their work order.
  5. The request stays open on our side until the job is done, and anything that was missed comes back to us.

Terms are agreed directly.

There is nothing to sign up to on this page and no scheme to join. If regular work is going to run between your business and ours, how that works is a conversation with a person, and it is agreed with you directly rather than published here.

Our customer prices are published on the pricing page, so you and your clients can see a starting figure before anyone picks up the phone. Every job is still confirmed in writing before it is scheduled, and nothing is paid on this website.

And we make no claims on a service partner’s behalf. We ask every partner where they stand on cover and registration before a request reaches them, and what comes back is their answer, not something this site has verified for you.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you would be sending and roughly how often, and we will tell you honestly whether we can carry it. That is a short call, not a form, and it is the fastest way to find out.

Worth having to hand

  • The kind of work: handovers, turnovers, listing cleans, post-renovation.
  • Roughly how often. An estimate is fine, and hard to say yet is an answer.
  • Where the properties sit, so we know whether we cover them today.
  • How much notice you usually get before a date is fixed.

A single address with a date on it does not need any of this. Send that through the quote form and we will price it like any other job.

Just the one property?

This page is for businesses sending work regularly. If you have a single address that needs cleaning, the quote form is faster and it reaches the same people.
