Starting prices are set by bedroom count. Bathrooms, square footage, condition, frequency and add-ons can move the final number, which is why we confirm it with you before booking, never after.

Where we quote recurring work.
Most of it is weekday visits to a house nobody is in. Milton, where both people are often on a GO train before the sun is up, and the established streets of Lakeshore, Beechwood and Forest Heights. Keys, codes and lockboxes are ordinary, and access is agreed with the partner before the first visit.

Request a quote
Tell us the property type, where it is, roughly how big it is and which cleaning service you need. The form takes about a minute and shows your estimate, with HST, before you send it. Or call, if you would rather talk it through.

Discuss your requirements
A person here reads your request and works out the areas and tasks that matter most in your property: the rooms you want the time spent on, the condition it is in, pets and access. If a detail changes the price, we ask before we quote rather than after.

Confirm the service
You receive what the visit covers and the final price, in writing, before the cleaning is scheduled. Nothing is booked until you have approved the quote and we have confirmed availability for your address and date, and no is a complete answer.

Cleaning appointment
A local service partner carries out the cleaning on the agreed date, with the agreed scope, the Core Cleaning Ontario Standard and every preference you gave us already on the work order.

Follow-up
If anything needs clarifying afterwards, or a task in your agreed scope was missed, contact us and we review it and follow it up ourselves. We do not inspect every home after each visit, so telling us is what starts it.

Access, pets, dates, cancelling and the rest are answered on one page.
No. Products, cloths and the vacuum come from the service partner who carries out the clean. If you would rather they used eco-friendly or fragrance-free products, or your own, say so on the form: it goes into the quote and onto the work order, so it is settled before anyone arrives.

Tell us the property, how often, and which day suits. We come back with a price in writing for the standing arrangement, and nothing starts until you have approved it.
