Can I ask for eco-friendly products?

Yes, put it in the request. Worth asking for if there are young children, pets, or anyone in the house who reacts to the usual products. Products, cloths and vacuum come from the service partner rather than from you, so the preference goes into the quote and onto the work order before anyone turns up.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. Access, whether a key, a code or a lockbox, is agreed with us before the first visit and written into the work order, so nobody turns up unable to get in. A good part of this work happens in properties nobody is living in, between tenants or between guests.

Can a check-in time be worked around?

Yes, that is what the turnover service is built around. Give us the check-out and check-in times and we quote the changeover to that window, then assign a service partner who can work inside it. Same-day changeovers are the normal case in that work, not the exception.

What if the clean is not right?

Tell us. The arrangement is with Core Cleaning Ontario, so it is ours to sort out rather than something you take up with a stranger. We hold the record of what was agreed, we follow it up, and a service partner who leaves something unresolved stops getting our work.

Is commercial work covered as well as homes?

Yes, through the same request. Offices, studios, clinics and retail units, scheduled outside business hours where it matters and to a scope agreed with you in writing so nothing is assumed. The work order goes to a service partner who already runs that kind of routine. Small and mid-size premises rather than tower contracts.

This is what each kind of clean covers as standard, so you know which one to ask for. “Add-on” means available when you select it on the quote form. The exact scope is confirmed in the quote we send you, and anything specific to your property goes on top of it. Commercial scopes are written per site rather than picked from this table, and go on the work order as agreed with you.

Standard Cleaning

The one most requests start with. It covers the rooms you actually live in, to a consistent standard, in a single visit. Book it once to see how it goes, or set it to repeat and it becomes your recurring clean. Prices start at $165 + HST for a one-bedroom home and are set by bedroom count, and the form asks about bathrooms, size and condition so the final price is right rather than guessed.

Best for: Households who want the living space kept to a consistent standard.

Recurring Cleaning

Choose weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks. We aim to keep recurring service with the same partner where availability allows. You choose the day too, and it goes on the work order as fixed rather than as a preference, so the house holds its standard instead of swinging between spotless and overdue, and your preferences travel with every visit.

Best for: Households who want the same standard every visit, without asking for it.

Deep Cleaning

Not a bigger version of a maintenance clean. It works top-down through the property and gives time to grout, tracks, vents, and the backs and undersides of things. It is usually the right first visit before a recurring schedule starts, so say on the form that you want both and we quote the two together. Because a deep clean varies enormously with condition, it is one of the jobs we may come back to you on before confirming the final price.

Best for: First visits, spring resets, and homes that have been left a while.

Move-In Cleaning

A house is only ever empty once for you, and that is the window. Cabinet interiors, closet shelving, behind and under the appliances, the tops of doors, all of it is reachable now and effectively unreachable the day after the van arrives. It is also the moment to get the previous household out of the place: bathrooms and kitchen taken back to bare, floors done before anything is set down on them. Give us the day you get the keys and we work to it.

Best for: Anyone taking keys who wants the place clean before it is theirs.

Move-Out Cleaning

This one is graded. A landlord, a property manager or a buyer's agent walks the property with a list, and the list is always the same: appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, tracks, frames, and whether the bathrooms come up. We quote it as a handover job rather than as a house clean, and we put it to a service partner who does handover work regularly, because knowing what gets checked is most of the skill. Tell us the date the keys change hands.

Best for: Tenants at handover, landlords turning a unit, sellers before closing.

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnover

Turnover is its own discipline, not a small house clean. It runs to a window, it includes the linen, and it ends with the property staged the way the listing photographs show it. Give us your check-out and check-in times and we put the job to a service partner who can work inside them, because on a changeover the clock matters as much as the clean. Regular hosts are usually better off on a recurring arrangement so the same partner holds the calendar.

Best for: Hosts, co-hosts and property managers working to a check-in clock.

Commercial & Office Cleaning

Commercial work goes to service partners who already run this kind of routine, because an office cleaned like a house ends up with the wrong things done well. We agree the scope with you in writing before the first visit and quote it as a schedule rather than as a single job, and we can set it outside business hours where that matters. Larger sites and anything post-construction we will usually want to look at properly before confirming a price.

Best for: Offices, studios, clinics and retail units.

Add-On Services

A standard visit has a scope, and these sit outside it: they take real extra time, so they are asked for rather than assumed. Add any of them to any service on the quote form and they go into the work order as agreed scope, quoted with the job rather than sprung on you afterwards. Most are things you want once or twice a year rather than every visit, which is exactly why they are not bundled into the price of every visit.

Best for: Anyone who wants a specific job done on top of a normal visit.

Every service has a published starting price, set by bedroom count and shown before HST. Standard cleaning starts at $165 + HST, recurring at $135, deep at $250 and move-in or move-out at $300.
