Your checklist shows what is included in the service you select. We use the agreed scope to prepare your quote and guide the work order.

Know What’s Included.

See which tasks are covered by standard cleaning and which are available with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning or an add-on.

The same list is used for your quote and for the work order the service partner carries out.

Here is what you are paying for.
You should not have to take anybody at their word about what “clean” means. Read the room you care about, see what is on the list and what is not, and decide from that whether it matches the house you actually live in.
Here is what we ask of the service partner on every visit.
Scope is agreed before a visit rather than assumed during it. If something on the list gets missed, it is missed against a document, in writing, which makes it a straightforward thing to raise instead of a difference of opinion.

Our Commitment to You

Every work order includes the agreed cleaning scope. We do not inspect every home after each visit, but if a task in that scope is missed, contact us so we can review and address it under our service policy.

The Kitchen

We clean the agreed kitchen surfaces, counters, sink and appliance exteriors, with attention to grease and everyday buildup.

  • Counters and backsplash cleared, wiped and dried
  • Sink and taps scrubbed, rinsed and polished dry
  • Cooktop and control knobs degreased
  • Exterior of cabinets and drawer fronts wiped
  • Exterior of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave
  • Microwave interior wiped out
  • Bins emptied, relined, and the lid wiped
  • Floor vacuumed and mopped, including under a movable island

The Bathrooms

We focus on hygiene, cleaning the agreed fixtures and surfaces, and removing everyday soap residue and buildup.

  • Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base and behind it
  • Shower, tub and surround scrubbed and rinsed
  • Glass screens cleared of soap film and dried off
  • Basin, counter and taps descaled and polished
  • Mirrors cleaned to no streaks
  • Exterior of vanity and cabinet fronts wiped
  • Towels straightened or replaced with fresh ones you leave out
  • Bin emptied, floor vacuumed and mopped, edges included

The Bedrooms

We dust agreed surfaces, including accessible wardrobe tops, lampshades and window sills. Bed-making is included where listed in the service checklist.

Living Areas

Where a household actually lives, so it collects everything: crumbs down the sofa, dust on the screen, marks on the coffee table. Tidy first, then clean, the order matters.

Floors and Stairs

The largest surface in the property and the one most often done fastest. Edges and corners are where a floor is judged, and they are exactly what a quick pass misses.

  • Hard floors mopped with a product suited to the surface

High-Touch Points

The things a household puts its hands on twenty times a day and nobody thinks to clean. On a deep clean these are worked deliberately, room by room, rather than caught in passing.

How the work is done rather than what is done, on any service. Tell us on the quote form and it goes on the work order with the agreed scope.

Not tasks of their own: how the agreed tasks are done. Add them on the quote form.

  • The room or surface you want the most time spent on
  • A room to leave alone entirely
  • Eco-friendly or fragrance-free products only
  • Pet hair treated as the priority rather than as dust
  • Shoes off indoors, quiet hours, a sleeping shift worker
  • Anything fragile, antique or awkward, flagged and left alone

What sits outside it.

A scope is only useful if its edges are stated too. These are the edges.

Not Offered

Outside what a cleaning visit covers, on any service.

  • Repairs, replacement or renovation work
  • Removing damage, permanent stains or wear that cleaning will not shift
  • Moving furniture that one person cannot move safely
The jobs asked for one at a time
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, inside the kitchen cabinets. Each one takes real time, so it is an add-on on any service, including move-in and move-out: select it on the quote form and it is listed in your quote.
Anything fragile or awkward
An antique, an heirloom rug, a cabinet that only opens one way. Flag it and it goes on the work order as leave alone. Nothing on this list is worth a broken thing you cannot replace.
Your own instructions
Fragrance-free products, shoes off indoors, a room kept shut, a shift worker asleep upstairs. These belong in the request rather than in a conversation at the door, so they reach the work order before the visit does.
Commercial sites
Offices, studios, clinics and retail units are scoped per site rather than picked off a household list. Tell us the premises and the hours, and that scope is quoted on its own.
