How they work
Why are these not just included?
Each one takes real, measurable extra time. Bundling them into every visit would mean charging every household for work most of them want once or twice a year.
How are they priced?
With the job, not on top of it afterwards. They go into the quote as agreed scope, so the number you approve already has them in it.
When do people ask for them?
Ovens and fridges before Thanksgiving and Christmas, and again at handover when an inspection is going to open both. Interior windows go with spring. Inside the cabinets is almost always a move-in or a deep clean.
Can I add one to a recurring clean?
Yes, and the usual pattern is to put the heavy items on the first visit and then once or twice a year after that rather than every time.
