Kitchener to Milton, and no further
A short list is the point. We would rather name the cities a partner actually covers than put up a map we cannot answer for.
Four kinds of property, mostly.
The map covers three regions, but the requests fall into a handful of shapes, and each one changes who is best placed to take it.
Century brick and stone
Downtown Kitchener, Galt, and the older Guelph streets: original floors, painted timber, deep sills and stone that wants care rather than force.
New builds on a schedule
Milton, Doon, Hespeler and the newer south-end subdivisions: big square footage, open plans, and households that want someone on a fixed rhythm.
Condos and student rentals
Uptown Waterloo, the Kitchener core and Northdale: small footprints, hard surfaces, and end-of-lease cleans that all land in the same few weeks.
Short-term rentals
Scattered through all five cities rather than concentrated anywhere. Turnovers run to a check-in clock, so the changeover window is the first thing we pass to a partner.
