Terms of Service.

Core Cleaning Ontario takes your request, works out what the job actually involves, quotes it, and confirms the price with you. Once you have approved that price we schedule the visit and put the work in the hands of a local cleaning service partner, who carries out the clean.

One request, one price, one point of contact, and the point of contact is us. What we are not is the business in your house with a cloth. Core Cleaning Ontario employs no cleaners. The cleaning is performed by independent local businesses we engage for the job, and saying that plainly is the whole point of this page.

When you approve our quote, the agreement for that work is between you and Core Cleaning Ontario. We set the price, we agree the scope and the day with you, and we are the ones you hold to it. You sign nothing with the service partner and you settle no price with them.

Service partners are independent local businesses we engage to carry out work we have taken on. They are not our employees. They are not quoting you, invoicing you or setting terms with you, and nothing on this site should be read as saying they are.

The price is quoted by us and settled with us. The service partner is paid by us, not by you, so nobody should be asking you for money on the day. If anyone does, tell us.

A quote is worked out from what you told us: where the property is, what kind it is, how many rooms, roughly how big, what condition it is in and what you want done. Starting prices are published on the pricing page and are before HST. The estimate the quote form shows is worked out from those prices and your answers; it is an estimate, and the final price is the one we confirm with you in writing.

You see the price in writing before anything is scheduled, and nothing is scheduled until you have approved it. Asking for a quote books nothing, charges nothing and commits you to nothing, and no is a complete answer at any point.

Some jobs cannot be priced from a form alone: deep cleans, empty properties, large homes, anything left a long time, and anything after building work. If yours is one of them we will say so and ask to review the request properly before we quote, rather than quoting first and revising afterwards.

If a property turns out to be materially different from the way it was described, we may need to review the request and come back to you with a revised price. You approve that price the same way you approved the first one, and the work does not go ahead until you have. Nobody renegotiates a number at your door.

Nothing is paid through this website. The form produces a request for a quote, not a booking, and no card or bank details are asked for or wanted here.

A person reads your request, works out what it needs, and tells you straight if we cannot cover your street rather than taking the job and hoping.

We do not guarantee that a particular date is available. Availability is real and finite, month ends and long weekends most of all, and we would rather tell you a day is gone than take it and let you find out later.

We make no claim that partners are insured, bonded, licensed, certified or background checked. The partner application asks a cleaning business to confirm that it is registered and carries commercial liability cover, and asking is not the same as verifying: nothing on this site verifies any of it. If that matters for your job, and for some jobs it should, ask us and we will tell you in writing what a partner has confirmed to us and what it has not.

We do not promise a named cleaner or a particular face at the door. On recurring work we keep you with the same service partner wherever we can, because nobody should have to learn your house twice, but that is what we aim at rather than something we can guarantee week to week.

Cancelling before you have approved a quote costs nothing and can be done at any point, because asking for a price books nothing and charges nothing.

Once you have approved a quote and we have scheduled the visit, come to us as early as you can if it has to move. We coordinate the visit, so we are the ones who can change it, and the ones who can tell you what is actually free. The notice we ask for is confirmed with you when the visit is scheduled.

The cancellation policy sets all of that out in full, including what happens when we are the ones who have to move a visit.

We hold the record of every request, every quote and every visit, so the conversation starts from what was actually agreed rather than from who remembers what. We will look at it with you and agree what happens next. What that is depends on the job, and a page written in advance is not going to promise you a remedy it cannot describe.

Tell us while it is fresh, ideally on the day, because a room that has since been lived in is a harder thing for anyone to judge.

A service partner who leaves something unresolved stops receiving our work. That is our leverage and we do use it.

Send us real requests for real properties. Do not use the form to send anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, or to submit a request for a property you have no business arranging cleaning for.

Everything on this site, the words, the layout, the images and the code, belongs to Core Cleaning Ontario and is not yours to republish.

We may change what is on this site, including which areas and services are listed, as the network changes.

We keep the site accurate and will not publish a rating, a review count, a years-in-business figure or a credential we have not verified. Where something is not confirmed, the site says nothing rather than guessing.

Service areas reflect where our service partners currently work and will change as the network changes. A city listed here is not a guarantee that we can take a visit on your date.

If these change, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the site after that means the new version is the one that applies.
